Accommodation
Our accommodation is a beautiful villa which is very suitable for guests who are looking for something special. Privacy, peace and space, a secure fenced terrain, the possibility to retire to your room with private sanitary facilities and TV, enjoying a good night’s rest in a lovely comfortable bed.
Limburg is known for its friendly atmosphere and the Burgundian lifestyle. A relaxing and pleasant environment where life is enjoyed! In short: Enjoy with a ‘soft’ G.
Our special country house is located in the Limburg village Kessel-Eik, between Venlo and Roermond. The house has 12 bedrooms met in totaal 30 beds and a luxurious appearance. The garden borders on nature reserve De Weerdbeemden, directly on the floodplains of the Maas. The accommodation is located on a plot of more than 26.000 m2. Our park-like garden has a beautiful fountain. In addition to the accommodation, you can also rent our luxurious wellness area.
We will do our utmost to turn your visit into an unforgettable experience. We therefore offer below facilities:
Bedrooms
All bedrooms have a TV, single boxspring beds and a private bathroom.
Bathrooms
All rooms have a private bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin with heated mirror. The bathroom next to room 12 also has a bath. This bathroom is not linked to the room and is accessible to the entire group. Ideal for the care of young children.
Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with a free-standing cooker and a professional stainless steel corner worktop with (gas)oven, gas stove (8 rings), fryer, fast dishwasher (2 min.), cooling workbench and freezer.
Lounge room
The lounge room, which is adjacent to the common room, has a large TV, sofas and comfortable armchairs. Between the common room and the lounge room, there is a attractive gas fireplace that provides warmth hand cosiness in colder periods. We also have children’s books and nice games for both adults and children.
Recreation room
In the recreation room small guests can amuse themselves with toys, games etc.
Large garden
In our spacious garden, you will find a playground equipment for children with swings, a sand box, go-karts, bikes and a trampoline. There is a table tennis table and a dartboard under the roof. It is possible to rent our large gas bbq. What could be more fun than sitting together around a campfire in the evening. Our fireplace is a nice place to be. In consultation you can also rent our heated outdoor pool. This spacious outdoor pool has a water flow, water fall and outdoor shower. The swimming pool is open from May until September. In addition, we have a spacious sauna with infrared and plunge pool. It is available on request. Please contact us for further information.
Wine cellar
Our accommodation has a beautiful wine cellar. This wine cellar is available to all of our overnight guests. In consultation, you can book our wine cellar for an afternoon or evening as location for a wine tasting (you can also book these wine tastings if you stay with us for week, midweek or weekend). In the cellar you will also find a table football and a shuffleboard. Free hanging tables are available.
Other services
We are happy to help you to plan your stay. We therefore cooperate with other partners who are willing to assist you. It includes among other things various activities or for example providing meals.
For this, you go to the tab “information catering/orders” or “activities” in the menu.
Pets are not allowed in the group accommodation.

- Common lounge room with cosy gas fireplace, relaxing armchairs and sofas.
- Hall with additional refrigerator with freezing compartment, various brochures about the surroundings, keys for closing all bedrooms, hat rack.
- Terrace inclusive of terrace furniture, sunshade 5 x 5, spacious garden with footpaths and fountain.
Wine cellar
- Cosy wine cellar with tables and benches, table football and shuffleboard.
First floor:
- Four double rooms with single boxspring beds, all with one bathroom with washbasin, shower and toilet.
- Two triple rooms with single boxspring beds, both with bathroom with washbasin, shower and toilet.
- Two quadruple rooms with single boxspring beds, one with bathroom including washbasin, shower and toilet, one with bathroom including double washbasin, shower, toilet and bath.
- 1 seperate common toilet
- Recreation room for children or for business meetings.

Kitchen
The kitchen has a free-standing cooker in a professional stainless steel corner unit which includes a (gas) oven, gas stove (8 rings), fryer, fast dishwasher (2 minutes), cooling workbench and freezer. There is also a microwave, an electric kettle, a Bravilor coffee-maker (filter) and a Senseo coffee-maker (pads). Heat lamps above the free-standing cooker.
There is an additional refrigerator with freezing compartment in the hall on the ground floor.
There is sufficient crockery, cutlery etc, also for small children.
We provide: kitchen linen, coffee filters for the Bravilor coffee-maker, pepper and salt, dishwasher tabs, detergent, dishwashing brush (1 x), cloth (1 x), sponge (1 x), garbage bag (1 x), toilet paper (2 x), hand soap for common toilets and a Kessel-surprise upon arrival.
Lounge room
The lounge room which is adjacent to the common room, has a large TV, 2 sofas and 4 comfortable armchairs.
Atmospheric fireplace
There is a spacious atmospheric fireplace between the common room and the lounge room, which brings cosiness and warmth in colder periods.
Playground equipment/Toys
There are various games for adults and children in the living room.
Outside you will find a large playground equipment with two towers and a suspension bridge in between. There is a picnic table for children and a sandbox under this equipment. We have 2 swings, 1 with duo seat. In addition there is a trampoline, go-karts, ride on car and various small bikes etc.
Under the roof you will find a table-tennis table and a dartboard.
On the first floor you will find a recreation room with toys for smaller children, such as a dollhouse, table and chairs for coloring, cuddly toys, puzzles etc.
Finally, there is table soccer and a shuffleboard in the wine cellar.
Facilities children
3 high chairs are at your disposal during your stay.
For small children there are also 3 camping beds available, which you can book. We will ensure, everything is ready on arrival. Children’s beds are supplied including bed linen (fitted sheet, sheet, blanket).
Wellness (pool, sauna, jacuzzi)
Our accommodation has various luxury wellness facilities, which you can rent during your stay. You can book the wellness facilities at a fee. They are all available until max. 08.00 pm. We offer the following facilities:
- Spacious heated outdoor pool ( (+/- 1.30 meters deep) with waterfall and an outdoor shower (available mid-May to mid-September, deviating dates in consultation).
- Sauna building with our spacious Finnish sauna, also equipped with infrared, a separate shower, a plunge pool and a separate toilet.
- 5-person Jacuzzi with jetstream
At the pool you will also find a summer house with garden furniture and a comfortable lounge sofa under the roof. 2 deck chairs are at your disposal. The entire wellness area consists of tiled floor and artificial grass.

WiFi
Our accommodation has free WiFi for our guests.
Washing machine/Drier
Even with a longer stay you will experience the same comfort as at home. On the first floor there is a washing machine and a drier, which you can use free of charge (you must bring your own detergent).
